Depending on your Wedding Venue I will use either my HD Projector & 150” Screen or two 50”Led TV’s for Music Videos, Karaoke, Video Messages and Slide shows. Gold PackageSame as the silver package except I will arrive along with the band (8.30/9pm approx.). Most Bands will take an hour to setup, while mine is usually 20/30 minutes. I can help fill the gap by warming up your guests with Music, Kids entertainment, Skype, etc. I provide ceiling up lighting which really helps change the atmosphere of the venue and gets your Guests in the party mood. While the Band are playing my screens can be used to display slideshows. Sharing photographs from your childhood, as a couple and from the morning and church/civil ceremony is always a great conversation starter! Also any video messages can be played during the break in the band.Platinum PackageSame as the Gold package except I setup before the meal. This package is suited to venues that may experience delays in turning the room around after the meal. Some venues have dedicated stages available while other venues need to move tables in order to make space for the band to setup, along with other issues like not have access to a lift can slow down setup time meaning a band can be delayed up to an hour compared to other venues. With my Platinum Package I help solve that problem, keeping your guests in the function room, enjoying your special day instead of checking out the public bar or going “Down Town” for a quick one!! I usually start entertaining your guests as soon as the tea and coffee is served which is normally around 8pm, two hours or more before your band are due to start. During this time if you have any younger guests I can start by entertaining them with prizes for all (25g Haribo Sweets & Glow Bracelets). Then I use the screens the display photographs which really helps to bring the two families together, gets the conversation flowing and along with some good music helps build the atmosphere for the eventual start of the band. Full Day Package Same as the Gold Package except I will setup before the meal. I can be your master of Ceremonies, provide background music during the meal, Professional Microphone’s for the speeches and use of the screens for Slide shows & Video messages. As the client you have complete control over the music, volume and lighting. With my twenty years’ experience I will guarantee to keep your dance floor full and all your guests happy while we celebrate your special day. The Day after The Basic package includes one hour photo editing and four hour Video Disco (including Karaoke, kid’s entertainment, Skype etc). With the aid of your Wedding guests I can copy pictures and video from their cameras, smart phones or Wedding app. After editing and with your approval the videos and pictures can be made into a mini movie for the screens. This allows you a unique opportunity to capture all those magic moments from your special day forever and share later with friends & family.
